AppleDouble support for Subversion 1.5.0

This patch enables Subversion to manage HFS metadata and resource forks on MacOS X. It seems like a no-brainer to most Mac folks, but so far the Subversion community has been dismissive. With this patch, Subversion will automatically import, add, update, and checkout any metadata associated with the file into the property file:appledouble.

Download the patch archive and run the enclosed script to download and build the Subversion 1.5.0 source and its dependencies. The archive also contains the svn-appledouble helper script necessary to force subversion to recognize changes to the auto-property. Alternately, you can download compiled universal binaries that run on MacOS X 10.3.9 or later.

The AppleDouble patch contains original code by Matt Slot, which is hereby placed into the public domain. The applefile.h header is adopted from RFC 1740. Subversion and its source are subject to their own license. Yadda yadda yadda.
